1. Data controller

2. Website visits and access logs

The web server keeps structured access logs. A record may include the IP address, date and time, requested hostname and URI, HTTP method, protocol and TLS details, response status, size and duration, and the referrer and user agent when supplied by the browser. Sensitive Cookie and Authorization header values are redacted.

The logs are used solely to troubleshoot website delivery, maintain the availability, integrity and security of the service, and investigate incidents or abuse. They are not used for marketing, visitor profiling or statistical web analytics. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Access is restricted to authorised administrators. Logs are rotated and compressed daily and deleted automatically no later than 30 days after collection.

3. Cookies and tracking

This is a static website. It does not use cookies, analytics tools, marketing pixels, fingerprinting, localStorage, sessionStorage or embedded third-party content. It therefore does not display a cookie banner.

4. When you contact us

If you contact us by email, we process your identity and contact details and the content of your message so that we can respond, discuss a potential contract, perform an existing contract or protect legal claims. Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f), and where applicable Article 6(1)(c), GDPR.

We retain the information for the duration of the communication and afterwards only where, and for as long as, contractual or statutory obligations or the protection of legal claims require it.

5. Recipients, transfers and automation

We do not sell personal data or routinely disclose it for marketing. Access may be given to authorised persons and necessary technical service providers; personal data is disclosed to public authorities only where required by law.

The website itself does not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

6. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. The right to data portability applies only where its statutory conditions are met; none of these rights is unconditional.

7. External links

The website contains ordinary links to services such as LinkedIn, the Czech Ministry of the Interior and NÚKIB. Data starts being transmitted to the destination operator only after you click a link; any further processing is governed by the destination service's own policy.
